I bought the 100 stamps about two weeks ago and I asked the clerk if he knew if the rate was expected to go up in the next two months. He told me "No." AARRGGHH!! Steve says, "<em>I was told the same thing by the clerk who sold them to me</em>!" The same thing happened to me.
